Booking Partner Guide

Bring clients who need a space for:

• Events
• Photoshoots
• Pop-ups/Shops
• Small to Large brands
• Wedding/I Do's
• Vendors
• Parties (Kids, birthdays, graduation, retirement, funeral, sweet 16, Weddings reception, after party etc)
• Private Parties
• Wellness sessions
• Small business use
• Or more

Complete the “Become a Booking Partner” Pop up form  (located at the middle left corner of the website)

1. Review our Peerspace listing thoroughly (Contact Us if you have any questions)
2. You find clients who need the space
3. You discuss with your client • Their general needs
   • Preferred dates/time
   • Add-ons (if any)
   • Estimated pricing (using our page on Peerspace as reference)
4. Submit the client through the booking form Below
5. We send the official invoice based on the booking form submitted (To the client's email and your email provided)
6. We both handle all communication, booking and we handle logistics from that point forward
7. Once the event is completed, you receive 30% commission of the booking

• You may discuss estimated pricing only (based on Peerspace)
• Do NOT send invoices or collect payment or promise availability or double book dates.
• Do NOT double book time slots (multiple bookings per day are allowed only if times do not overlap)
• All final official scheduling, pricing and booking is handled by us through our invoice system
• Client must be submitted through the form to be tracked and eligible for commission
  
  

• 30% per confirmed booking
• Paid after the event is completed

Note: Commission is based on the final booking amount (hours + approved add-ons).
Cleaning fees, trash fees, and taxes are excluded from commission calculations.
